Here  is a used  Adjustable arm Spindle Assembly, that came with a Commander Multi Drill model #4-15.
The green arm is about 6.75" long by 1.5 " tall.   The other flexible part (apex dayton 12 301) is about 7 3/4" long.  turns stiffly.  sold as shown.   rust present.   everything shown is included.
