antique tool unique combination tool pliers snipper 6" nickel finish good condi

this is a old unusual plier nipper combination tool ....its old and shows some age but still retains 97% or more of its nickel finish .. the plier mouth shows medium wear on some teeth , but the outer edges and shape of the mouth show no chips or round over and has crisp edges , the nipper mouth looks decent with no chips .it is mostly clean , rust free , and in working condition, it measures 8'' long overall...it's unusual looking and should make a very good addition to a collection or can be put right to work... ....please check pics for additional info and condition of this item...if i can ship for less, i will refund any major difference....
