    An ORIGINAL STEEL CUTTER WHEEL for a Poole & Williams June 2, 1885 U.S. Patent "Windsor" scratch beader by the Windsor Manufacturing Company, Windsor, Vermont. This wheel is designed to make center bead cuts in 1/8", 3/16", 7/32" and 1/4" size; a 1/8" double flute; and a 3/32" quadruple flute.
