    Vintage Star Cast Iron Nail Cup Rotating Caddy Hardware Store Bin Tray Cobbler.
    I purchased this through an estate about 3 years ago.  3 3/4" tall, 9" diameter and weighs just under 10 lbs.   It does spin but may need oil (?) to make it spin freely.  Item will be packaged well and shipped via UPS Ground with insurance.
