VTG CHARM Sterling silver In Emergency mad dollar Money Break Glass Napier

This is a vintage/used
sterling silver charm with what looks to be a dollar bill inside.
The round charm says "In emergency break glass".
One end has glass and the other a hole that the dollar must have been shoved in.
Marked "sterling Napier"
Charm Size is about 1/2 inch
weight .16 ozt
Good used vintage condition; might need some cleaning/polishing and have some normal age ware.
Because my items are vintage/used they may have some signs of use/wear and/or be in need of some cleaning or polishing.
I have not tried to clean or do anything to the piece.
